Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

We provide waterproofing and heat proofing services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The scope, materials, and methods used will be outlined in a formal proposal and/or agreement before work begins.

2. Quotations & Estimates

All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Prices may vary depending on site conditions or changes in the scope of work.

Any additional work not included in the original quotation will be billed separately.

3. Work Schedule

Work will begin on the agreed-upon date.

Delays due to weather, material shortages, or other unforeseen conditions will be communicated promptly.

The company is not liable for project delays caused by factors beyond its control.

4. Warranties

Waterproofing work comes with a warranty ranging from [X] to [Y] years depending on the type of treatment and materials used.

Heat proofing treatments are covered by a [X]-year performance warranty.

Warranty is void if the treated area is modified or damaged by third-party work, structural changes, or poor maintenance.

5. Payment Terms

A deposit of [X]% is required to confirm the booking.

Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur a [X]% monthly interest charge.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client must ensure clear access to the worksite.

Utilities like water and electricity should be available during the project.

The client must notify the company of any known issues that may affect the application or performance of services.

7. Liability & Damages

The company will take all reasonable care during work, but shall not be liable for pre-existing structural issues or hidden defects.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or alterations post-application.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation after work has begun may incur charges for labor, materials, and administrative costs.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be first attempted to be resolved amicably.

If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Indore.

10. Changes to Terms

The company reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes prior to implementation.
