For the purpose of this warranty document, any reference to "company" shall mean Sadee World The warranty is valid only on the customer's registration with us. To register kindly do comply with the requisites.

THE WARRANTY COVER

Sadee World Pvt. Ltd. offers a 15-year durability (colour retention & film integrity) warranty, up to 15-year waterproofing and up to 15-year anti-algal warranty.

The warranty covers:

• Fading, flaking, peeling
• Blisters, splits, tears, excessive weathering
• External water ingress through vertical walls

COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION

• Warranty begins on registration via call or website.
• Must register within 45 days of purchase and 15 days of completion.
• Duration: 15 years on durability, waterproofing, and anti-algal (vertical walls only).

EXTENT OF WARRANTY

• Applicable for sites where usage exceeds 40 litres.
• Warranty includes paint replacement & labour for affected areas.
• Defines "Paint Failure" as:
  • Flaking/peeling between coats or from substrate
  • Blistering, splits, tears, excessive weathering
  • Fading of shade
  • Algae/fungal growth (minimum 1 sq. m area)
  • Water ingress through vertical walls

APPLICATION

Warranty applies only if the application guidelines are followed:

• Surface prep and application must follow product instructions.
• Applicable only to vertical masonry walls.
• Proper undercoat and topcoat coverage rates must be maintained.
• Cracks up to 3mm must be sealed properly.
• No area must be left uncoated.

LIABILITY

• Company covers only paint and labour for repair.
• Labour cost as per company-determined rate.
• No liability for indirect/consequential losses.
• Liability decreases over time as per Annexure 2.

EXCLUSIONS

Warranty void in cases like:

• Water dripping from vegetation, A/C units
• Capillary rise from ground, poor drainage, roof defects
• Uncoated or inaccessible surfaces
• Exposure to chemicals or mechanical damage
• Leaks via drainpipes or uncoated areas
• Natural calamities, vandalism, negligence
• Improper prep or structural failures

CLAIMS AND REPAIRS

• Claims must be made within 30 days of discovering issue.
• No tampering before inspection/testing.
• Company may control/monitor repainting process.

MISCELLANEOUS

• No implied warranties beyond what’s written.
• Disputes handled via mediation first, then Indore courts.
• All dispute details to remain confidential.
