(1) LEAKSIL-99 : Drastic Reduction in masonry maintenance cost with long term improved resistance to varies of weather. Protects Building , saves energy, keeps Substrate dry reducing the thermal conductivity. A water dilutable solution designed to impart repellency to masonry surface.
(2) LEAKPRIME-99 : It plays major role in facade coating system. It forms a dry water repellent zone beneath the coating consolidate the substrate and enhance bonding of the coating . It is gas permeable, durable, protects paints & plasters against harmful influences form within the masonry.
(3) WAC-99: A highly concentrated super latex emulsion for waterproofing applications as well as protective coating to cementitious substances. WAC-99 is mixed with water & cement in 1:1:2.5 by weight.
(4) QCS-99 : Ready to use. Seal immediately on contact with water. Effective crack sealing in concrete & masonry surfaces. Can stop the leaking dripping water, until the final repairs are carried out. Hardens instantly under continuous wet conditions.
(5) Fiber mash : To strengthen & for reinforcement purpose. It is highly resistant to weather and sunlight. It is an elastomeric mash forms a very tough bond with subtract having good permeability rating. Resistant to high alkali, mild acids, sulphates salts, carbon dioxide.
(6) WPC-99 / Seal Home: A boon for modern living. An amazing, powerful super acrylic chemical to stop water leakage and dampness from cement concrete structure. High resistance to water, High mechanical strength, High scrub and impact resistance.
(A) Waterproofing Procedure with fiber mesh (6 layer):
- Clean the surface by rubbing with wire brush to remove dust and other particales.
- Wash with clean water & Fill the cracks with LEAKPIME-99 & QCS-99.
- Apply 1st coating of LEAKSIL-99, LEAKPIME-99 & QCS-99 with brush or spray pump.
- Apply 2nd & 3rd coat of WAC-99 & QCS-99 & cement with High Quality Flexible Fiber mash.
- Apply 4th & 5th coat of WAC-99 & QCS-99 with cement (Highly crack resistant coating).
- Apply final 6th Coat with WPC-99 / Seal Home & QCS-99 for 100% Water Proofing
(B) Waterproofing Procedure on Sidewall:
- Clean the surface by rubbing with wire brush to remove dust & other particals.
- Wash with clean water.
- Apply 1st & 2nd coat of WAC-99 & QCS-99 with cement.
- Apply final 3rd & 4th Coat with WPC-99 / Seal Home & QCS-99 FOR 100% water proofing.
(C) Water proofing Procedure on Paraffit wall :
- Clean the surface by rubbing with wire brush to remove dust and other particals.
- Wash with clean water.
- Apply 2 coat of WAC-99 & QCS-99 with cement. ( Highly crack resistant coating ).
- Then apply final 2 coat of WPC-99 / Seal Home & QCS-99 protective layer for 100% waterproofing.
Working Area: 1000 sq ft- (Minimum) Area of treated place should be calculated as per actual or as perside in charge direction. Rate : Rs. 45/- per sq ft. (Eligible Rate Rs. 15/- per layer) Depends upon the condition of the terrace. (Rates are inclusive of Chemicals, mechanical tools & Supervision etc, Cement will be provided by you.)
